Please print Order form , fill all information requested, PRINT, then either:
1. Order by phone. Preferred, fast and easy. Payment options: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Certified cheque , Money Order. (Personal uncertified cheque takes about 3 weeks to clear through the bank system.)

2. Fax your order to us at (705) 723-5222 (yes, the same number) . Payment options : Visa, Master Card, American Express, Certified Cheque, Money Order. Note: Please check the fax number before sending your order. Sunrise Farm is not responsible if your private information is viewed by 3rd party (intentionally or unintentionally) as a result of your fax being sent to the wrong fax number !
3. E-mail order form to sunrisefarm@bmts.com Payment options: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Certified Cheque or Money Order. (Personal uncertified cheque takes about 3 weeks to clear through the bank system). Note : E-mail messages are not secure method of transferring personal or financial information, and Sunrise Farm is not responsible if your private information is viewed (intentionally or unintentionally) by a 3rd party during transmission.
4. Mail the Order Form to: Sunrise Farm, 556 Weiler Line, Trout Creek, Ontario, Canada P0H 2L0
Specify type of shipping ( slower or fast). We will call you back about this amount and give you a total price.
PLEASE NOTE : MINIMUM ORDER IS $ 25.00, NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING AND TAXES (IF APPLICABLE)
We maintain a strict NO RETURN policy on our Herbal Products and tinctures. We are sure you can appreciate that we would no longer be able to guarantee the quality of returned products, if it will be sold to you. Would you want to buy a product someone else had previously opened or had a chance to "add " to it and tinker with it? We live in evil world, people will do anything for money, fame or revenge.
