Vitamin B 50 Complex. Each capsule  contains 50 mg of each important B vitamin. 50 mg of (Thiamine) B1, B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B6 (Pyridoxine), B12 (Cobalamin), Biotin (Coenzyme R or Vitamin H), Vitamim B5 (Pantothenic Acid), Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, PABA and 400 mcg of Folic Acid. It is a most effective B-complex formula as all B's are properly balanced. *

Vitamin B9 Folic Acid. (Folacin) One of the most  important of all vitamins, is required by the body's DNA repair systems. When DNA is damaged, folic acid stimulates the repair. It is needed for utilization of sugar and amino acids. It protects against internal parasites and food poisoning, improves lactation, promotes healthier looking skin, acts as an analgesic for pain. May delay hair graying when used in conjunction with pantothenic acid  and PABA. Increases appetite, acts as a preventive for canker sores, helps ward off anemia. Available by itself or as a part of Vitamin B-complex formula (see above).*‡‡

Vitamin C. Most animals synthesize their own vitamin C, but man, apes and guinea pigs must rely upon dietary sources. Vitamin C plays a primary role in the formation of collagen, which is important for the growth and repair of body tissue cells, gums, blood vessels, bones and teeth. (My husband healed his gum disease, after dentists insisted he must have gum surgery, by using Vitamin C and brushing his teeth with 17 1/2 % Hydrogen Peroxide ). Water, cooking , heat, light, oxygen and smoking destroy Vitamin C.

Essential 3-6-9. Fatty acids are the basic building blocks of which fats and oils are composed. Contrary to popular myth, the body does need fat. It must be the right kind, however. The fatty acids that are necessary for health and that cannot be made by the body are called essential fatty acids (EFAs). They are occasionally also referred to as vitamin F or polyunsaturates. EFAs must be supplied through the diet. EFAs have desirable effects on many disorders. They improve the skin and hair, reduce blood pressure, aid in the prevention of arthritis, lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and reduce the risk of blood clot formation. They are beneficial for candidiasis, cardio-vascular disease, eczema, and psoriasis. Found in high concentration in the brain, EFAs aid in the transmission of nerve impulses and are needed for the normal development and functioning of the brain. A deficiency of EFAs can lead to an impaired ability to learn and recall information.

Wobenzym®N. It is a nutritional defense  for inflammation. It helps the body control joint inflammation, it supports healthy blood flow, it mobilizes the immune system and speeds recovery from strains and sprains. It contains  Pancreatin, which helps to reduce join discomfort and swelling. Bromelain, which strengthens the immune system, supports anti-inflammatory activity and inhibits excessive blood clotting. Bromelain also helps the body reduce joint swelling. Trypsin boosts immune system activity, accelerates repair of injuries and may help maintain healthy circulation. Papain exibits strong anti-inflammatory activity. Chymotrypsin helps to keep blood flowing freely to enhance circulation. Rutin is a powerful free radical scavenger. Rutin also acts as an anti-inflammatory by inhibiting the enzymes that produce inflammation.**‡‡
